  • SORRY!!!

    HEre is the challenge... these are GOALS FOR THE WEEK.. not for one day!!!!

    SO here is our challenge for this week! :)

    300 crunches (over a week should be easy! )
    40 lunges
    90 minutes of cardio
    water as usual
    40 push ups

    MAKE SURE you are getting your protein and fiber!!!! :)

  • HEY GIRLS!!!

    Looks like the people that have sent weigh ins are all doing really good!!! :)
    They will be posted later, once CERI GETS HER BUTT UP AND puts it in the spreadsheet.. HEHE! :)

    Heather suggested some stuff for the challenges which I agree with, they will be weekly goals, not daily goals. We will set up stuff like she suggested, maybe 10 miles (biking, walking) for the week, however you get to that goal is up to you as long as you get in 10 miles. and we will have a set goal of crunches each week and lunges, and probably a different arm workout each week! I will put it up later so that we can all focus on that goal too!! :)

    Before we weigh in tomorrow, I wanted to remind everyone that healthy weight loss is about 2 lbs per week.  If you lose more than 10 lbs in one week, it is usually water weight and if you’ve lost that much you might be dangerously dehydrated – so be careful!  Hydration is crucial to a healthy lifestyle!

    If you get on those scales tomorrow and find you’ve lost nothing – don’t fret!  It’s all about baby steps!  You made some changes this week so be proud of yourself for your decision to be a healthier you!

    How is everyone doing??

    I am thinking that the challenge should be limited to, between 3-5 days a week, you can do more than that but if you want to keep it between 3-5 days that will be good too. At least until we all get our muscles used to things.. Sound good???

    If you aren't added on the list yet, I will get you on there. How is everyones intake and exercise going so far?

    It's half way through the week!
