Before we
weigh in tomorrow, I wanted to remind everyone that healthy weight loss is
about 2 lbs per week. If you lose more
than 10 lbs in one week, it is usually water weight and if you’ve lost that
much you might be dangerously dehydrated – so be careful! Hydration is crucial to a healthy lifestyle!
If you get
on those scales tomorrow and find you’ve lost nothing – don’t fret! It’s all about baby steps! You made some changes this week so be proud
of yourself for your decision to be a healthier you!
